Empower Retirement in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Planning and Advice to lead a senior team delivering consultative guidance to plan participants on asset strategies and retirement solutions.

You will drive targets, manage headcount, ensure high call quality, and promote adoption of new products while maintaining fiduciary standards across Large, Mega and Not-For-Profit plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations within timelines.
• Series 9/10 acceptable in lieu of Series 24.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• 3-5 years of relatable sales experience in financial services.
• Proven success in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead high performing senior teams to achieve customer deepening goals and expert knowledge of plan rules.
• Develop strategies to achieve business goals and drive employee adoption.
• Achieve targets across asset retention and plan assets.
• Manage headcount targets and retain associates while ensuring promotions.
• Oversee high retention rates on outbound campaigns and ensure quality.
• Drive adoption of new products and tools across associates.
• Coach and develop performance plans and provide feedback.
• Resolve escalated issues from clients and participants.
• Ensure supervisory controls and regular audits are performed.
