Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in fulfillment, warehouse ops, logistics, distribution, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Coach and direct fulfillment team members.
• Inspect incoming materials and outbound shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain operational records and reporting for the department.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery standards are met.
• Assist with scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Support training and onboarding of staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
