The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) is a not-for-profit organization that serves as the Yard's real estate developer and property manager for New York City. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Training Programs to oversee technical training in advanced manufacturing, climate technology, and related fields.

You will partner with employers, instructors, funders, and internal teams to expand career pathways, monitor program outcomes, and ensure funding requirements are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in workforce development or related field.
• 3+ years managing workforce training operations in advanced manufacturing, climate tech, or related industries.
• Evenings and weekends work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the workforce training portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality training.
• Oversee launch of new training initiatives and instructional lab setup.
• Monitor program performance and outcomes (enrollment, completion, certification, job placement).
• Manage relationships with instructors, subject matter experts, external training providers, and vendors.
• Support grant management, reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking.
