Job summary

MassHire Metro North Workforce Board is seeking a Senior Manager of Workforce Development to lead sector-based workforce initiatives and WIOA grant-funded programs, while assisting with oversight of the MassHire Metro North Career Center. The role collaborates with internal staff, community partners, employers, and training providers to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement.

The position is hybrid, requiring regular in-person presence in the Metro North region, including

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for grants, including contracting, billing, invoicing, reporting and ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate partner meetings and provide technical assistance to partners as needed.
• Collaborate with data team to distribute, collect, and analyze program evaluation surveys.
• Develop employer partnerships and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure deliverables are met.
• Attend required meetings and prepare materials for updates and presentations.
