Job summary

Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Graphic Design to lead ACHC’s Visual Communications team. You will shape the brand across print, digital, environmental, presentations, and multimedia, ensuring a cohesive, high-quality experience.

You will translate business objectives into strategic visual solutions, mentor designers, and manage workflows via Monday.com, balancing priorities with resources for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design or visual communications.
• 3+ years leading creative professionals or supervising operations.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Monday.com or similar work management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design team and set strategic direction for ACHC's visual brand across print, digital, environmental, and multimedia assets.
• Oversee creative direction, brand standards, and production workflows to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for all creative requests via Monday.com.
• Mentor and develop designers and media specialists; collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and program teams.
• Coordinate external vendors and production partners to ensure timely delivery and high standards.
