Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 10+ years of Microsoft Windows Server technology experience.
• 7+ years of Active Directory administration.
• 3+ years of VMware ESX/Virtual Center design and deployment.
• 5+ years of Citrix/Xen Server environment experience.
• Know-how in load balancing design and operations.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Experience with SAN environments and technology.
• Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
• Patch management experience (SCCM/WSUS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large Windows/Wintel engineering team and prioritize workload.
• Ensure HA/DR infrastructure meets defined SLAs.
• Oversee Wintel architecture and engineering operations.
• Manage budgets and vendor contracts.
• Plan projects and allocate resources across the IT portfolio.
• Document processes and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT architects.
• Maintain security and regulatory compliance in infrastructure.
