Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to partner with Medicare and Medicaid contracting and build innovative provider relationships as part of the National Value Based Solutions Specialty Partnership team.

You will collaborate across the Network and Clinical organizations to accelerate market impact, educate stakeholders on VBC concepts, and help scale ROI-driven models across CVS Health’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of value-based care contracting and provider relations experience.
• Medicare/Medicaid contracting experience required; large specialty groups preferred.
• Experience building and interpreting financial models for value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and complete contracting with specialty and Medicaid providers.
• Build relationships with specialty or Medicaid provider leaders to drive growth.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Develop financial models and VBC contracts to support portfolio growth.
• Deploy VBC strategies with network and segment teams.
• Conduct market competitive analysis and collaborate on new value-based concepts.
• Lead model solution development, pilots, and ROI for scaling.
• Coordinate among internal customers, operations, actuary, product, and analytics teams for reimbursement initiatives.
