CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to advance Medicare and Medicaid provider partnerships within the National Value Based Solutions Specialty Partnership. You will collaborate with network, clinical, finance, and analytic teams to accelerate market speed and portfolio growth.

You will drive contracting with specialty and Medicaid partners, develop growth strategies, and translate complex financial models for leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years in value-based care contracting or provider operations.
Medicaid or Medicare contracting experience required, specialty groups preferred.
Experience with value-based care financial models and risk-based arrangements.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and complete contracting with Specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
Develop relationships with specialty/Medicaid providers to drive growth.
Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used.
Partner on financial models and VBC contracts to support portfolio growth.
Work with network/segment teams to deploy VBC strategies timely.
Conduct market analysis and collaborate to create innovative value-based concepts.
Lead cross-functional model development and ensure initial ROI for scaling.
Act as liaison among internal customers, operations, actuary, product, and analytics.
