As the Head of UX & Digital Design, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of user experience across our digital platforms. You will establish and scale UX best practices, ensuring that our solutions are intuitive, efficient, and customer-centric. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive enterprise-wide UX transformation, foster a high-performance UX culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX with business, technology, and innovation goals.
You will act as the face of DXC's UX practice—engaging with customers, executives, and product leaders to create seamless, scalable, and impactful digital experiences.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131,300 - $243,800.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
