The pay range is $113,000.00 - $203,000.00
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About the role:
As a Senior Manager of Content Design within our Guest Experiences team, you’ll be at the forefront of Target’s evolving digital experience, shaping it for our guests and contributing to business growth. You’ll be tasked with ensuring that our content maintains the highest levels of quality on web, mobile web, native app, and email/push touchpoints. As a Content Design leader, evangelizing the craft and advocating for it along the way will be essential. And, you’ll push for innovation in our ways of working as a discipline and within the broader UX team.
Success for this leader requires the ability to understand Target’s priorities and partner with a broad set of stakeholders to establish content design & experience direction. Day to day you’ll ensure your team has what they need to thrive and deliver great work. This includes operating routines, insights, design direction, partner awareness, and a collaborative and inclusive culture.
