Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a senior leader with a decade of strategy and management consulting experience to transform complex utilities customer service programs. You will own assessment through implementation, build roadmaps, and manage cross-functional teams across client engagements.

You will drive data-driven insights, design future-state operating models, and apply AI-driven capabilities to reinvent end-to-end customer processes across channels and back-office functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Strategy or Management consulting experience focused on helping organizations reimagine customer service, customer support, contact center operations, back-office delivery (billing, payments, credit & collections) or digital customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment-to-strategy-to-implementation engagements for clients in the Utilities sector.
• Define and deploy future-state visions and roadmaps to improve customer, operational, and financial outcomes.
• Engage client leaders, facilitate workshops, and guide decision-making on transforming service and automation initiatives.
