Accenture Song is seeking a senior leader to design, operate, measure, and transform exceptional service experiences for utilities clients. The role requires strategic and tactical deployment, strong analytical skills, and experience guiding assessment‑to‑implementation engagements that improve customer, operational, and financial outcomes.

You will own workstreams, manage teams, engage stakeholders, and drive automation and AI-enabled solutions across front- and back‑office processes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in strategy or management consulting focused on customer service or digital engagement.
• Experience designing and implementing experience design with data-driven insights and analytics.
• 10+ years leading assessment‑to‑strategy‑to‑implementation engagements in a consulting context.
• Deep functional expertise across customer service domains (transformation, journey management, operating model, workforce, KPI/metrics).
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with AI, GenAI, and conversational design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale transformations for utilities clients, overseeing deliverables and mentoring teams.
• Develop thought leadership, assets, and offerings with market-relevant insights.
• Build relationships with senior clients and act as trusted advisor to executives.
• Originating sales from ideation to proposals and RFPs, under guidance of Managing Directors.
