Job summary

Accenture Song’s Utilities team seeks a senior leader to design, operate, and transform customer service experiences for utilities providers. You will own roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from assessment through implementation to improve customer, operational, and financial outcomes.

You bring deep consulting experience, industry knowledge, and the ability to engage senior client leaders while delivering measurable impact. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Strategy or Management consulting focused on customer service transformations.
• Experience applying data-driven insights and analytics to service transformation to improve outcomes.
• 10+ years leading assessment-to-implementation engagements and translating findings into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformations for utilities clients from assessment to implementation.
• Manage client stakeholders, teams, and workstreams to deliver roadmaps and business cases.
• Drive adoption of AI, GenAI, and automation to reinvent end-to-end customer processes.
