You might start your morning reviewing operational metrics for your team's workflows and preparing a narrative for an upcoming leadership review. Mid-morning, you work with your managers on rolling out a new technology tool that streamlines a core recruiting process. After lunch, you hold a one-on-one with a direct report to discuss their team's development and an emerging risk on a process rollout. Later, you connect with recruiting partners to align on priorities for the upcoming hiring season, then close out the day reviewing a proposal to simplify a step in the offer-to-preboarding experience.
We are an enablement team within Amazon University Talent Acquisition, and our mission is to recruit top early career talent who will become Amazon's future leaders. We partner closely with university recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure our programs run efficiently and deliver a great experience for every candidate. We are in an exciting period of technology investment and process transformation, and we are looking for a leader who is curious, collaborative, and ready to help shape what comes next.
