The Opportunity

• Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, you will provide analytical support, modeling and presentations related to Treasury and Capital Structure activities. You will provide support managing Rating Agencies and Bank Relationships You will interact with the CFO, Finance/Accounting, Tax, Legal and International Operations. It will also work with Business Planning supporting monthly and quarterly presentation requirements to Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

• You will have direct supervisory responsibility for 1-2 team members.

• You will have the dual responsibility of delivering the results committed to by his/her own function, and supporting projects being led by global function.

• This position is hybrid remote (4-6Xs per month in our West Chester, PA office).

Your Impact

• Support and coordinate Bank relationship and Rating Agency management across QVC Group.

• Capital Structure analysis.

• Monitor and report monthly Debt valuation/pricing requirements with accounting.

• Global financial risk management – FX activity, interest rate or currency hedging.

• Treasury/Capital Structure-related presentations for Exec Mgt, Board of Directors, Rating Agencies and Banks.

• Daily Treasury related transactional requirements.

What You Bring

• 8+ years experience in a corporate treasury function.

• 8+ years experience managing relationships with rating agencies and banks.

• 8+ years of experience utilizing knowledge and placement of corporate debt.

• Strong Analytical and Presentation Skills

• 5+ years experience with people leadership.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
