Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Senior Counsel for the Capital One Travel Product Counsel team. This hybrid role, based in Virginia, will advise on travel, consumer financial services, and regulatory matters, partnering with the PPX and Card teams to manage risk and craft cross‑functional solutions.

You will apply strategic and analytical skills, build relationships with senior partners, and lead on third‑party contracts and customer experiences.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate, or as in‑house counsel.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying and assessing legal risks associated with travel and related services.
• Translating and applying laws and legal requirements for business teams and the business intent for the legal function.
• Actively engaging with colleagues to provide legal support as part of a cross-functional team.
• Working with PPX, Card, Brand, Risk, Communications, and Compliance to address risks and develop solutions.
