Capital One's Legal Department seeks a Senior Manager, Senior Counsel to support the Premium Products & Experiences Travel line. You will advise on third-party contracts, assess regulatory risks, and collaborate with travel, brand, risk and compliance teams in a hybrid work model.

The role requires a JD, bar admission, and 4+ years of legal experience; travel industry and consumer financial services knowledge are a plus.

Formación

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate, or as in‑house counsel.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess legal risks for Capital One Travel as part of PPX.
• Advise on third‑party contracts and relationships in line with business goals.
• Collaborate with Travel, Brand, Risk Office, Compliance, and Corporate Communications to address risks and develop solutions.
• Interact with senior business partners and other attorneys in a fast‑paced environment.
