• Develop communications strategies informed by customer insights and business priorities to strengthen differentiation and adoption for the Trauma portfolio.
• Partner with Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial to implement engaging narratives and pipeline storytelling.
• Lead integrated communications across earned, owned, shared and paid channels including media strategy and digital activation.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant with policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Manage agencies and external vendors to deliver high-quality activations on time and budget.
• Support executive and leadership communications related to Trauma product innovation and milestones.
• Analyze performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve communication impact.
• Lead communications planning for milestones, congresses, and customer engagement moments.
