Job summary

The Senior Manager, Transmission Customer Services within Entergy leads the customer engagement for Tier 1 industrial, nuclear, and transmission-served customers while driving reliability and risk-mitigation across Power Delivery.

This role ensures customer expectations, asset maintenance, event reviews, and risk-management processes are applied to support safe, reliable transmission service and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Electrical Engineering degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the utility industry.
• Managerial supervisory experience required as part of progressive responsibilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Transmission and MISO tariffs.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customer needs with a customer-centric approach.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across technical and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with assets, planning, operations, and leadership teams.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, manage commercial agreements, and drive strategic communication.
