Position Summary

Salary Range: $126,547.00 - $196,148.00

The Product Engine Transformation Team is a key driver of Exemplis’ end-to-end value chain evolution. This team champions process optimization by identifying and executing improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI), and improve profitability. The Senior Manager, Transformation, will lead the design, integration, and delivery of a high-performing commercialization workstream across the Product Engine, owning the end-to-end mapping and optimization of commercialization processes.

This role involves leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams. It requires strategic thinking, operational rigor, and collaboration to design, manage, and embed long-term process improvements.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions
  • Lead the enhancement of the commercialization process from product strategy to delivery.
  • Apply process design approaches to optimize upstream and downstream value chain collaboration.
  • Define, build, and implement solutions aligned with future business goals.
Strategic Advisory & Solutioning
  • Serve as an internal advisor to senior leaders in relevant functions.
  • Diagnose process issues, develop solutions, and design scalable operating models.
  • Map operational processes and model capabilities to inform recommendations.
Program & Workstream Leadership
  • Lead transformation programs, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and implementation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and support rollout activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Collaboration & Change Enablement
  • Build relationships across the organization to support change adoption.
  • Partner on change management, communications, training, and organization design.
  • Document best practices and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Product Management, or related field.
  • 6+ years in business transformation, strategy consulting, or operational excellence.
  • Experience with commercialization processes in furniture, apparel, or retail sectors.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to facilitate alignment and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Agile, resourceful, and capable of navigating ambiguity.
  • Attention to detail with a pragmatic approach.
  • Discretion in managing confidential information.
