EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, including QoE, working capital analysis, and financial modeling. Qualifications

10+ years of transaction advisory and/or audit experience from a national public accounting or similar firm.
3+ years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including QoE and working capital analysis.
Manage multiple transaction engagement teams with high-quality deliverables and deadlines.
Review client financials, identify risks and value drivers, and present findings to executives and stakeholders.
Oversee preparation of detailed findings reports, databooks, and financial presentations.
Collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, advisory and consulting teams to provide integrated solutions.
Mentor staff through training, feedback, and on-the-job coaching.
