Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Total Rewards (Americas) will support the Vice President of Executive Compensation, Equity, and Total Rewards (Americas) in the design and implementation of reward strategies and practices in the Americas region. In this critical role, you will implement and manage the administration of our competitive compensation and benefits programs in the Americas regions to help attract, motivate, and retain talent for the Americas geography, as well as support the design of these programs for the geography.
