Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of semiconductor/electrical test engineering experience.
  • 8+ years of engineering team and project leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of ATE technologies, test methodologies, quality, and reliability principles.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, test methods, diagnostics, and debug techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized engineering software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and work effectively across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, train, mentor, and develop Test and Product Engineering teams.
  • Oversee development of digital, analog, mixed-signal, memory, automated test, and burn-in solutions.
  • Manage test development projects, including test plans, methodologies, procedures, data analysis, reporting, and failure investigation.
  • Establish test hardware, processes, specifications, standards, and documentation.
  • Lead product characterization, bench analysis, diagnostics, and debug activities.
  • Define the roadmap for test equipment, technologies, standards, and capabilities.li>
  • Monitor project progress, resolve technical and business issues, and communicate results to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, customer support, suppliers, and global teams.
  • Stay current with ATE, semiconductor test, equipment, and process technology trends.
  • Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support customer requirements, sales opportunities, and after-sales activities.
  • Manage departmental budgets, expenditures, cost estimates, and administrative activities.
  • Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Brief Description
