Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technology Product Management leader to establish and lead a Business Analysis capability within Therapeutics Discovery Information Technology in Spring House, PA. This role combines people leadership, capability development, and hands-on business analysis expertise.

The successful candidate will build and lead a team of Business Analysts supporting a broad portfolio of scientific, digital, data, automation, and technology initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Business Analysis or related disciplines.
• Experience building or maturing Business Analysis organizations or Centers of Excellence.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mature the Business Analysis capability within Therapeutics Discovery IT.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead Business Analysts across multiple experience levels.
• Develop and maintain standards, templates, methods, and best practices for business analysis activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional excellence.
• Align internal methods with industry standards and professional communities.
• Lead complex, high-impact business analysis efforts across the portfolio.
• Translate scientific and operational needs into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Partner with scientists, product teams, data organizations, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility across the portfolio and guide use of internal/external Business Analysis resources.
