You will coordinate with external auditors and senior finance leaders, guiding disclosures and governance. The position is hybrid, reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, Technical Accounting & External Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CPA certification required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with technical accounting responsibility.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and experience researching and applying accounting guidance to complex business transactions.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memoranda, white papers, and position papers.
• Experience working directly with external auditors on technical accounting matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting leadership on U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead complex transaction accounting analyses, including business combinations and restructurings.
• Oversee impairment assessments for goodwill and long-lived assets.
• Conduct detailed accounting research and prepare memoranda and white papers.
• Engage with external auditors and senior leadership on accounting matters.
• Improve technical accounting governance and processes.
