Responsibilities

• Acts as escalation contact for client operational issues.
• Leads TAM and AOM teams and manages performance.
• Manages communication on client operational issues and updates.
• Partners with various teams to troubleshoot incidents and updates.
• Creates and reviews SLA/KPI reporting and publishes monthly SLA reports.
