Job summary

Macquarie Global Services seeks a Senior Manager to act as the primary second line of defence for Cybersecurity, Technology, AI, Information Security and Data Risk across the Americas. You will oversee risk data analysis, challenge reporting, and guide risk framework initiatives in a dynamic, regulated environment.

You will partner with Regulators, auditors, and senior management to ensure proactive risk management and effective risk oversight across Commodities and Global Markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in non-financial risk within regulated financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk frameworks and regulatory environment.
• Analytical and commercially minded with ability to form independent risk views.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the second line of defence on Cybersecurity, Technology, AI, and Data Risk for the Americas.
• Review reporting, risk assessments, incidents, KRIs, and assurance activities.
• Oversee analysis of non-financial risk data and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead risk framework projects and engagement with internal and external parties.
