Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager in Sunnyvale to lead strategy and execution for complex search ranking and relevance products, guiding a multi-quarter roadmap from discovery to value realization. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area.
- 7+ years of product management experience or related area.
- Experience with search, ranking, recommendations, or ML-driven customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex search ranking and relevance products.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management across discovery to go-to-market.
- Build customer and market insights to prioritize opportunities in search and discovery.
- Drive data-driven decisions through experimentation, analytics, and AI assessment.
