Job summary

Dematic Corp. seeks a strategic leader to guide a multidisciplinary Teamcenter development and test automation team within the PLM landscape. You will drive design, integration, and automated testing while aligning with business objectives and external partners.

You will lead people, set technical strategy, and manage delivery excellence, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of the Teamcenter platform across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software development, PLM systems, or enterprise app engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Teamcenter development and test automation team.
• Drive design, development, integration, testing, and CI of Teamcenter solutions.
• Establish and scale automated quality assurance across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver capabilities.
• Define automation standards, metrics, and release readiness criteria.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
