Job summary

Dematic in Atlanta seeks a seasoned engineering leader to manage a global Teamcenter development and test automation team within our PLM environment. You will guide architecture, governance, and cross-functional delivery of enterprise solutions that integrate ERP and CAD systems.

We value 8+ years in software/PLM, strong communication, and proven leadership. Expect collaboration across vendors and internal teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, PLM systems, or enterprise app engineering.
Experience with cross-functional global teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, interview, and research abilities.
Strong problem solving, self-motivation, and time-management skills.
Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee design, development, configuration, and enhancement of Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
Ensure adherence to technical standards, architecture, and security requirements.
Drive integration of Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other systems.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical governance across initiatives and QA strategies.
Lead automation and testing frameworks, suites, and regression packs.
Promote shift-left testing and continuous quality validation.
Define automation standards, metrics, and release readiness criteria.
Reduce manual testing through automation coverage and reliability.
