Job summary
Dematic leads a multidisciplinary team of Teamcenter developers and test automation specialists, supporting the enterprise Teamcenter PLM platform. This role drives design, development, integration, testing, and continuous improvement of Teamcenter solutions while establishing scalable automated quality assurance across the application lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in software development, PLM, or enterprise application engineering.
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Teamcenter developers and test automation engineers.
- Drive design, development, integration, testing of Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Establish quality and automation strategy across SDLC.
- Coordinate development and testing across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Define and monitor engineering KPIs for quality and deployment reliability.
- Support platform roadmap and technology modernization.
