We are seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Compliance and Reporting – North America (“NA”) to lead the company’s U.S. and Canadian tax compliance, tax accounting, and reporting activities. Reporting to the NA Head of Tax, this role will oversee the preparation, review, and filing of federal, SALT, and Canadian tax returns; manage tax reporting and provision processes; and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and technology. The ideal candidate combines strong tax technical knowledge with excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
*This role is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
The salary range for this role is: $139,110 - $200,000 USD annually plus an annual bonus.
