Job summary

Mission Technologies’ Global Security (GS) group seeks a Manager of Systems Applications Analyst to support NSWCDD Dam Neck Training and Readiness systems. Lead cross‑functional work, coordinate travel, and drive documentation effort for system designs and training programs.

You will liaise with customers, manage schedules, and oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring timely milestones and high‑quality deliverables. A DoD Secret clearance is required and occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or management‑related field with 4 years of progressive experience, or Master’s with 2 years, or high school with 8 years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with government customers and team members.
• Current or active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to coordinate travel, schedule events, and manage assets.
• Travel up to six times per year for about a week each trip.
• Coordinate scheduling changes with customers and stakeholders; lead in‑person meetings.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations including workload management and timecard approvals.
• Standardize project products and ensure consistent quality across deliverables.
• Support engineering activities by providing prototyping documents and aiding in design and development.
• Participate in quarterly IPRs and document requirements analyses.
• Plan and coordinate development of program documentation including technical specs.
• Support Lead System Engineer through RAWGs and IMS input.
• Prepare illustrative materials like drawings and diagrams; ensure version control per CMP.
• Manage artifact repositories and meeting minutes, action items, trip reports.
