• Extensive sync clearance experience and sophisticated knowledge of music licensing and copyright.
• Deadline-driven approach with ability to prioritize large volumes of work.

• Enthusiastic team player capable of supporting where needed.

Responsibilities

• Rights Clearance & Negotiation: negotiate and close synchronization requests with fair terms and fees across NA media-types.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with music supervisors and licensees.
• Client & Writer Engagement: communicate with songwriters, artists and representatives to obtain approvals for licenses.
• Troubleshoot & Collaborate: work with internal/external teams to resolve end-to-end licensing obstacles.
• Project Management: collaborate on forward-looking projects to advance business objectives.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: manage direct reports to meet goals and support development.
