Responsibilities

  • Manage Supply Chain data governance and maintain ERP master data.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Lead cross functionally with supply chain partners, including internal and external stakeholders, to achieve enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead projects to implement new technologies, including automation and AI, to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
  • Develop and create supply chain data strategy including: integrating tools, RFP for data vendors, and determining KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and controls.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting solutions to deliver strategic financial analysis and actionable insights that support the decision-making needs of the supply chain team.
  • Demonstrate thought leader abilities and possess a proved track record as a team leader.
  • Identify and evaluate industry technology and best practices for integration.

Pay Range: $59.51 - $88.67 per hour

Summary

Join Rush as the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Technology and play a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise supply chain operations through technology, data, and innovation. This strategic leadership position serves as the technical lead for supply chain platforms, integrations, analytics, and master data management initiatives that enable efficient procurement, inventory management, and informed decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will lead enterprise initiatives including the Workday implementation, manage key supply chain system integrations, and develop data-driven solutions that improve visibility, operational performance, and financial outcomes. You will partner with supply chain leaders, IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors to establish data governance standards, optimize system functionality, and advance Rush’s supply chain technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative technology leader with deep experience in ERP systems, supply chain operations, analytics, and data management. You will leverage your expertise in tools such as SQL, Power BI, reporting platforms, and enterprise applications to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with ERP and Procure-to-pay functions

  • Database reporting: MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Business Intelligence/Data Analysis software development
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system ownership and maintenance
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
