Pay Range: $59.51 - $88.67 per hour

Join Rush as the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Technology and play a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise supply chain operations through technology, data, and innovation. This strategic leadership position serves as the technical lead for supply chain platforms, integrations, analytics, and master data management initiatives that enable efficient procurement, inventory management, and informed decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will lead enterprise initiatives including the Workday implementation, manage key supply chain system integrations, and develop data-driven solutions that improve visibility, operational performance, and financial outcomes. You will partner with supply chain leaders, IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors to establish data governance standards, optimize system functionality, and advance Rush’s supply chain technology roadmap.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative technology leader with deep experience in ERP systems, supply chain operations, analytics, and data management. You will leverage your expertise in tools such as SQL, Power BI, reporting platforms, and enterprise applications to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
