Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation management supporting returns processing and outbound order prep.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train warehouse associates; implement performance improvement strategies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory control; drive Lean initiatives.
• Create and monitor KPIs; ensure on-time packing and lead-time targets.
• Lead the operations team to support value-added service and safety improvements.
