Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift in California. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, supervises a team, and drives training to improve performance on a night shift schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00pm–7:00am).

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, hands-on WMS experience (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners. A logistics degree and supervisory experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
