Job summary

The role focuses on leading warehouse teams, driving Lean improvements, and ensuring KPI targets are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach warehouse associates; implement performance improvements.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory control processes.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
• Create and monitor KPIs; lead the team to meet targets.
• Support value-added service and outbound packing to meet lead times.
• Lead safety and process-improvement projects.
