This 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm) role offers a salary range of $88,151-$110,189 per year plus benefits. Requirements include at least four years of relevant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment; flexibility for overtime and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met
• Maintain quality objectives per GXO quality policies
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively
• Recommend programs to improve operations
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team
• Maintain records and complete reports timely
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure warehouse compliance

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
