Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Analytics to lead the Supply Chain Services Analyst team and advance analytics capabilities across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Transportation, and Warehousing.

You will craft data-driven insights and scalable reporting to support the Supply Chain roadmap while coaching teammates in data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will drive adoption of emerging capabilities such as AI, automation, and Cloud ERP, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain analytics.
Experience leading and developing analyst talent.
Experience with Cloud-based ERP environments (Oracle Cloud preferred).
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Supply Chain Services Analyst team, setting direction and prioritizing work against the roadmap.
Deliver Supply Chain analytics and insights across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Transportation, and Warehousing.
Develop and maintain reporting and data product suite; build data models, dashboards, and automation.
Drive adoption of AI, advanced analytics, automation, and Cloud ERP across Supply Chain.
Implement data governance practices and collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality.
