Job summary

Simmons Foods is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Analytics to lead the Supply Chain Services Analyst team and accelerate analytics adoption across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Transportation, and Warehousing. You will build reporting and data products, modernize data workflows, and elevate the analytical capabilities of the team.

The role combines leadership with hands-on analytics, requiring 5+ years in supply chain analytics, strong communication, and experience with ERP analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain analytics, business analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business Administration, Operations, or related field (or 4 years of related work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Services Analyst team, setting direction and prioritizing work.
• Deliver analyses and insights across Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Transportation, and Warehousing.
• Develop and maintain the reporting and data product suite across Supply Chain.
• Drive adoption of emerging capabilities (AI, advanced analytics, automation, Cloud ERP).
• Drive data governance within Supply Chain and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure visibility and alignment across units.
• Travel up to 25% across North America.
