  • Project Leadership: Spearhead strategic projects and initiatives, acting as a dedicated project manager to deliver results on time and within scope, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and develop concise, impactful summaries and reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments in order to efficiently reach company goals.

  • Understanding of the healthcare landscape, ideally within the telehealth or digital health sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid work schedule with weekly lunches and stocked fridges.
  • Monthly social committees for company events.
  • 18 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 2 personal days.
  • Stock options for every full-time employee.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance options.

Compensation:
