Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to help clients unlock value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape and lead multi-category programs—from opportunity assessment and value-case development through sourcing execution, implementation and benefit realization.

You will work with CPOs, finance leaders, business stakeholders and suppliers, combining procurement expertise with consulting and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Seven or more years of procurement experience including consulting and leadership.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
• Demonstrated success in opportunity assessment, value-case development, category strategy and sourcing execution.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with senior Procurement, Finance and business leaders.
• Willingness and ability to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management and strategic sourcing engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and contracts support.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, workplans, resources and risk management.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams on value, cost, quality and risk.
• Apply spend analytics, contract analytics, market intelligence and AI-enabled procurement capabilities.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
