Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice is seeking a Senior Manager to help clients unlock value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape and lead multi-category programs—from opportunity assessment and value-case development through sourcing execution, implementation and benefit realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Seven+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience leading complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and value tracking.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance and executive reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams balancing cost, service, quality and risk.
