You will lead complex negotiations, drive savings, and partner with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, value-driven programs. Hybrid role with standard business hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, finance, project management, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience, heavy in managing large/complex Professional Services and/or Contingent Labor categories.
• Strong understanding of Big Four service provider ecosystem and workforce operating models including supplier-direct programs, VMS tools, and MSP solutions.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills; track record influencing VP/C‑suite decisions.
• Expert fluency in benchmarking, TCO, complex contracting, commercial strategy, and supplier performance governance at scale.
• Expert analytical skills with working knowledge of procure‑to‑pay, RFx processes, and contract basics/playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and category strategy aligned to enterprise goals.
• Negotiate SOWs, rate cards, and labor structures.
• Manage labor supplier performance and risk governance.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance on governance.
• Drive savings, value realization, and KPI tracking.
• Chair executive governance with strategic partners.
• Educate and mentor procurement professionals.
