A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic initiatives and manage key projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly in healthcare, and strong leadership skills. Position Purpose: Serves as a critical resource in supporting, managing, and leading strategic projects and initiatives for the Office of the Chief Health Officer / Medical Affairs functional business unit. The position will support leadership in executing business strategies on behalf of the organization. Builds strong relationships with key functional areas and provides leadership and oversight to staff.
Education/Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent directly related experience. 6+ years of experience in project management or related strategic initiatives, preferably in healthcare. 4+ years of management experience.
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
