Job summary

Entergy is seeking a dynamic Manager of Category Management to lead strategic sourcing and category initiatives across the enterprise. You will guide a team to deliver best value and maintain resource availability while adhering to policies and safety standards.

This role collaborates with Finance, Legal, Risk, Tax and Environmental teams to support outages and project schedules, with about 25% travel to field and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• MS/MBA degree preferred.
• Professional supply chain/procurement certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials/warehousing, purchasing, contracts or project management.
• 3 years of supervisory experience and/or equivalent leadership experience.
• Energy Supply Chain experience preferred.

• Communication: Coach and mentor Supply Chain team and improve stakeholder engagement.
• Partnership: Maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams.
• People Leadership: Recruit, develop, and deploy Supply Chain talent aligned with priorities.
• Culture: Operate with high ethical standards and supplier diversity objectives.
