Qualifications

• MS (with 8+ years) or PhD (with 4+ years) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• Late phase clinical development in Immunology is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify data or analytical issues and propose solutions.
• Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Strong leadership and cross-cultural collaboration experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge related to drug development.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for clinical trials, patient safety, and medical affairs.
• Lead design, analysis and reporting; develop protocols and analysis plans.
• Collaborate with Data Science and programming teams to ensure data quality.
• Present data strategy and inferences; contribute to publications.
• Explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians and respond to client questions.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and align timelines with product teams.
