Job summary

You will conduct statistical analyses, develop analysis plans, collaborate with Data Science, and help ensure accurate data releases and publications. Strong Python and R programming, plus experience with large health databases, is expected.

Qualifications

• MS (8+ years) or PhD (4+ years) in Statistics or related field.
• Experience in complex statistical analyses and modeling (e.g., multiple testing, Bayesian, survival).
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning and AI predictive modeling.
• Proficiency writing production-level code for end-to-end pipelines in Python and R.
• Experience with ConcertAI, FlatIron, Optum databases.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical analyses per analysis plan and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Provide statistical leadership for design, analysis, and reporting in clinical programs.
• Collaborate with Data Science and other functions to prepare for database lock.
• Develop data presentation and inference strategies and publish findings.
• Build cross-functional relationships and communicate statistical concepts clearly.
