Qualifications

• MS (with 10+ years of experience) or PhD (with 6+ years of experience) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-cultural or overseas teams.
• Pharmaceutical or related industry knowledge including drug development and life-cycle management in the regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for design, analysis and reporting for clinical trials and lifecycle management.
• Lead regulatory submissions and product lifecycle strategy planning and implementation for assigned projects.
• Mentor staff and supervise contract statisticians; recruit and develop personnel.
• Collaborate with CROs and internal functions to align development strategies.
• Ensure accuracy of reports, publications and data presentation with regulatory compliance.
